SYSTEM 1:
HALL RENTAL (SHOWS)
(1) 週末料金は、金曜・土曜の夜および祝前日の夜（16:00以降）に適用されます。
(2) ドア料金は主催者が決定できますが、ドリンクチケットが追加され、受付でお支払いいただきます。
(3) ドアスタッフが料金に含まれる場合があります。イベントごとにご相談ください。
(4) 非チケット制のイベント（貸切イベント、撮影、結婚式、無料ライブなど）は、上記表の通りホールレンタル料金にサーチャージが加算されます。飲み放題プランもイベントごとに対応可能です。ご不明点はお気軽にお問い合わせください。
(*1*) Weekend Rate is Friday and Saturday night + nights before national holidays (from 4:00PM).
(*2*) Door price can be decided by organizer but a drink ticket will be added and paid at the door.
(*3*) Door staff may be included; discuss on an event-by-event basis.
(*4*) NON ticketed events could be anything like the following: (private events, film shoots, weddings, free shows…etc please add a surcharge on the hall rental price as in the above table. Nomihodai plans are also available on per event basis. Please contact us for any questions.

CO-HOSTED SHOW
バンドでEPリリースや共同主催イベントを企画したい方は、ぜひ詳細なプランをお送りください。私たちはコミュニティをサポートし、皆さんと一緒にイベントを開催したいと考えています。イベントのプロモーションにも力を入れますが、主催者の方にも同様にご協力いただけると幸いです。

If you’re in a band and want to plan a show for your EP release or a co-hosted event, please contact us with your detailed plan. We want to support the community and collaborate with you to host your event. We will do our best to promote it, and we hope that you can do the same.

SYSTEM 3:
PARTIAL SPACE (LIVE HOUSE SIDE) RENTAL / BAND PRACTICE
Retronym（ライブハウススペース）を半分レンタルするオプションがあります。ライブ、撮影などでご利用可能です。この場合、ショーの間も通常のカフェ・バー営業を行います。詳細はお気軽にお問い合わせください。@ info@shimokitaretro.jp
また、ライブハウス側の空き状況に応じてバンド練習も受け付けています。
最低3時間からのご利用
料金：1時間3,000円 + ドリンク2杯（メンバーごと）
セットアップ時には管理スタッフがサポート（最初の1時間は常駐）
PA常駐をご希望の場合は、1時間あたり追加2,000円が必要です。
We offer the option to rent half of Retronym (Live House Space for shows, video shoots, etc.). In this case, Retronym will operate as a normal café/bar during the show. Please contact us for more details if this interests you. @ info@shimokitaretro.jp
We also provide band practice slots, depending on live house side availability:
Minimum booking: 3 hours
Price: 3,000 yen per hour + 2 drinks (per member)
A managing staff will assist with setup and stay for the first hour
If a PA is needed for the entire session, an additional 2,000 yen per hour applies.
